In this call, Andy will walk you through the steps he takes to evaluate and appraise the laundromat in question. Should you choose to use his services, this fee will be applied to the cost of the actual appraisal/valuation. Accurate valuation depends upon accurate data concerning the laundromat.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your scheduled one hour Consulting session, you need to give us 24 hours notice. Refund will not be given for your decision not to re-schedule.
